Ashley Miller, CSW - Therapist
Ashley (she/her) believes in the innate power of everyone and loves to create an environment of unconditional support for her clients to grow and understand themselves. She specializes in pediatric treatment and utilizes many methods to help facilitate the client’s growth, including art, play, writing, and traditional talk therapy. When working with children, Ashley often uses Play Therapy techniques to help the child explore and share their world in their own language.
Ashley received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California Irvine and her master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. She has experience teaching Autistic preschoolers and children in an educational setting and has also accompanied children through the healing process after disclosure of abuse. Ashley utilizes a trauma-informed lens to create a safe, supportive environment for her clients.
Ashley loves bringing a playful perspective to both the therapy room and home as she plays with her family. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys spending time outside, engaging in various art forms, and spending time with loved ones.
