Lauren (she/her) is deeply committed to working with the LGBTQIA+ community, including supporting children, adolescents and their families. Lauren is dedicated to gender affirming care and treatment for all of her clients. Her passion also extends to individuals undergoing faith transitions and their family members.  

Lauren graduated Summa Cum Laude from Utah Valley University as a psychology major with a family science minor.  She then received her Master of Social Work from the University of Utah in 2023.  She has also completed internships at Wasatch Pediatrics, the Utah Pride Center, and the University of Utah Adolescent Medicine & Primary Children’s Gender Management and Support Clinic.  

Lauren practices a variety of evidence-based modalities when working with clients including techniques from Client Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Child Centered Play Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.  Lauren is currently working on becoming a Registered Play Therapist to continue to support children and families in treatment. 

Utah has always been home to Lauren who has a strong love for the mountains and Utah scenery. In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with friends and family, thrifting, and finding new places to explore locally.
