Abi Nash, LCMHC - Supervisor, Therapist

Abi (she/her) is passionate about working with clients through an attachment lens to support children, adolescents, young adults, and families in developing successful relationships and creating more meaningful and fulfilled lives. Abi was initially driven to become a counselor in order to support children and families in navigating challenging life experiences. She comes to RMC having worked with children and families in outpatient, hospital, and school settings as well as individuals across the lifespan in an integrated care setting. Abi has worked extensively with developmental trauma and is trained in the use of EMDR, ARC, CPP, and play-based interventions. She enjoys working with individuals as young as age two through early adulthood and believes that all people can benefit from a brave space to learn and grow.

Abi was born and raised primarily in Utah, with time spent living and traveling in the Pacific Northwest and the Czech Republic. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Westminster College. In her spare time, Abi loves to spend time with her family and friends, try new restaurants, attend dance and fitness classes, and is currently learning to play the guitar and ukulele.

Abi is in-network with SelectHealth, Blue Cross Blue Shield, University of Utah Healthy Premier and Healthy Preferred plans, and EMI Health plans. Abi’s private pay rates are $205.00 for intake sessions and $180.00 for follow-up sessions.
